    Applications:

    Installation Guidelines:

    • Install in accordance with BRE 212 and relevant BS Codes of Practice
    • Lay on smooth, consolidated sand blinding to avoid puncture risks
    • Lap joints by minimum 150mm and seal with Butyl Tape DS100
    • Protect with rigid insulation, protection boards, or 50mm sand/cement screed
    • Service penetrations should use pre-formed units and be fully sealed

    Limitations:

    • Not suitable for long-term exposure to sunlight or outdoor weathering
    • Best practice is to minimise service penetrations through the membrane
    • Must be protected from puncture during and after installation

    Storage & Safety:

    • Store rolls undercover, flat, and away from direct sunlight
    • No health and safety implications under normal use
