The Everbuild Everflex AC95 is a high-strength, intumescent acoustic sealant and adhesive designed for professional construction and decorating applications. Specifically formulated to seal and bond plasterboard, insulation boards, wood, and metal studding, it forms a fire-rated barrier of up to 4 hours, delivering both acoustic and fire protection in one solution.

With its permanently flexible, high grab, and non-flammable formula, AC95 is ideal for use in dry lining, ceilings, and partitioning systems. Its water-based, solvent-free composition makes it safe, easy to apply, and simple to clean up, while also being mould resistant for long-term durability.

Typical Uses:

• Sealing gaps between plasterboard walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Bonding plasterboard to plasterboard, wood, metal studding, or blockwork.
• Sealing and bonding kraft-lined insulation boards.
