Returns Authorisation

Before returning any items please contact our customer services department, who can send you a copy of our returns paperwork.

Returning the item

Please send your item back to the address indicated on the Returns form ensuring you obtain a proof of delivery. CSS will arrange for a collection to be made in the event of incorrect or faulty goods only.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include the returns authorisation paperwork and a returns number. Items returned without the appropriate paperwork and proof of return will not be credited. Because of this we regret our drivers are unable to collect any items unless it has been prearranged.

Returning an un-wanted item

You may return any unopened item within 3 days of receiving it, for a refund, provided the item is a standard stock item, Specials and Non-Stock items cannot be returned unless they are faulty (please see below). We will only issue a credit once we have received and processed the item. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

Returning a faulty or damaged item

If you receive an item in a faulty or damaged condition, we would ask that you return the item to ourselves using the "Returns Procedure" within 14 days of receipt. Items outside this time scale will be subject to the manufactures normal warranty details of which are available on request.
